As healthy as it gets “vegetables”

An everyday dish, fast and healthy.

  1. Let’s Start by 1/2 boiling vegetables.
  2. In a pan add oil, onions and garlic.
  3. Stir for a couple of minutes then add vegetables.
  4. Season with salt & pepper.

Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Now the magical part begins, adding your favorite FLAVORS throughout spices, herbs or other ingredient.

  • Turmeric, curry & bay leaves.
  • Ginger, garlic & lemon grass.
  • Basil, tomatoes & balsamic vinegar.
  • Soya, ginger, honey & sesame.
  • Cream, garlic & thyme.

No limits, just be creative and enhance your favorite tastes and aromas.

Tip: poultry, seafood or meat can be added to the dish too.
